1.PAYMENT

We now accept payment by most major credit & debit cards and PayPal securely.

2.DELIVERY

We Ship World Wide. Our standard delivery charge is £2.50 for all orders in the U.K.
Shipping to Europe is £4.50 and the rest of the world is *£5.50.

*The rest of the world base charge of £5.50 is limited up to 400grams in weight which usually covers most overseas orders (Covers approx 2 handbags ect). If your order is heavier than 400g you will be charged £5.50 per 400g which will be invoiced to you seperately.

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 days but please allow up to 28 days for delivery (within the UK).

3.RETURNS

We will exchange or refund any (excluding sale) item you are not happy with. They must be returned in their original condition within 28 days of receipt. Please ask for a proof of postage certificate from your post office for your returned item as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit. Delivery charges will be refunded only if the item is faulty.
If an item you have received is damaged please inform us within 24 hours to arrange for a replacement to be sent.
* Sale and Goody Bag items are non-refundable.

7. ECO & ETHICAL

Due to increasing popularity, Kate Garey, no longer hand makes all products herself. We have sourced small ethical companies worldwide to make some products but they will still be made in limited numbers to keep them special.
