Kate Garey will legally pursue any misuse of the Site and designs/or the services contained within, if you infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights, including copyrights.
1.PAYMENT
We accept payment by credit & debit cards securely through paypal. You do not have to be a member of paypal to be able to do this.

2.DELIVERY
We Ship World Wide. Our standard delivery charge is £3.95 for all orders in the U.K.
Shipping to Europe is £4.95 and the rest of the world is £6.95, please add the extra amount when you come to pay by selecting the worldwide shipping buttons that are at the bottom of shop pages.
Orders are usually dispatched within 3 days but please allow up to 28 days for delivery (within the UK).
3.RETURNS
We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with. They must be returned in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please ask for a proof of postage certificate from your post office for your returned item as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit. Delivery charges will be refunded only if the item is faulty.
If an item you have received is damaged please inform us within 24 hours to arrange for a replacement to be sent.
